Credit Union shared educational literature to help combat economic and financial abuse at event held on October 6.

Andrews Federal Credit Union recently sponsored the Schinnen Community Domestic Violence Awareness Month 5K Walk/Run.

The event was an initiative by the USAG Benelux Schinnen ACS Department to educate military personnel against Economic/Financial Abuse. Andrews Federal Credit Union provided educational materials regarding financial rights and responsibilities to military and civilian personnel, as well as their dependents.

“Domestic violence affects everyone,” said James Niba, Schinnen Branch Manager. “We are glad to be able to support this event which seeks to increase awareness and promote prevention.”
