Health Care District Issues Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Sale of Small Northern California Hospital in Sonoma County

SEBASTOPOL, Calif. (PRWEB) May 17, 2018

On Monday, May 7, 2018, the Palm Drive Health Care District Board of Directors announced the issuance of a Request for Proposal for the sale of Sonoma West Medical Center. The District Board, at this time wants to research potential buyers for the hospital.

Supporting the operations of the hospital continues to be a struggle reports Alanna Brogan, Executive Director of the Palm Drive Health Care District. “We continue to look for ways to bring in more revenue, including more aggressively marketing Sonoma West’s services and have completed an upgrade to our revenue cycle which has improved the finances significantly.
The District Board believes that the hospital remains viable, but also feels that an organization with strong finances and management experience in the medical field could best realize the potential for Sonoma West Medical Center.

Those interested in the Request for Proposal (RFP) should contact Alanna Brogan, Executive Director, at (707) 823- 3682 or abrogan@pdhcd.com.
