As COO, Garrett will continue to drive the evolution of rDialogue’s service offering and business model as the customer marketing services industry matures. Garrett will also continue to produce thought leadership material and speak at industry conferences and gatherings, providing insight on rDialogue’s work to help clients maximize the value of each customer relationship from transformation and innovation to loyalty strategy and CRM.

Garrett joined rDialogue after spending eight years leading the client side of marketing in the luxury hospitality space. For over 25 years, he has been delivering world-class branding insight, tech savviness and keen analytical perspective to brands such as IBM, Equifax, AT&T, American Express, Abercrombie & Kent and Exclusive Resorts.
