The Uhlig Agency Announces Charity Drive to Rescue Abused and Orphaned Cats and Kittens

An insurance provider serving eastern Kansas is launching a charity drive to rescue abandoned and neglected felines

Kyle Uhlig, CEO and founder of the Uhlig Agency headquartered in Overland Park, is leading a local charity effort to help provide new homes for cats and kittens that have been orphaned, abandoned, or abused. Funds generated from the charity effort will be provided to local nonprofit pet center Purrfect Pets.

“The Uhlig Agency team believes that animals, like people, deserve to have a permanent home where they feel safe and loved,” said Uhlig.

Efforts to involve local residents in the charity drive will include a referral system to cultivate community donations. Uhlig has pledged to make a $20 donation directly to Purrfect Pets for every person referred into the Uhlig Agency to receive a complimentary insurance analysis.
