Net income: Loss of $820,280, compared with loss of $534,740 in the same quarter of 2009

Net revenues: $2.6 million, compared with $2.1 million in the year-ago quarter

Outlook: "Our company continues to grow our top line," said chief executive Nelson Ludlow. Intellicheck's first-quarter revenue increased more than 25 percent compared with 2009's first quarter, and the 2009 first-quarter revenues were 24 percent higher than those in the same quarter of 2008, Ludlow said.

Company statement: "We achieved this success without a 'big contract win' from the Department of Homeland Security," Ludlow said. "We will continue to take steps to increase our commercial and government sales, and to particularly market the identity product that we believe can help DHS save lives at our airports. We are at the right place at the right time."
