Walden Environmental Engineering in Oyster Bay has four new hires.
Kristin Engelmann of Northport has been hired as marketing director. She worked at WebMD and AOL in Manhattan as a strategic account manager.
Darren Ikin of Huntington has been hired as a project engineer. He was a professional engineer for Fairfield City Council in Sydney, Australia.
Tom Madison of upstate Burnt Hills has been hired as business development manager. He worked at Clean Harbors Environmental Services Inc. in Glenmount as a business development manager.
Iberth Cruz of Bayville has been hired as an accounting assistant in the accounting department. He is a student at Nassau Community College.
MARKETING
Andy Randazzo of Massapequa has been hired as creative director at Didit in Mineola. He was creative director at HitState in Melville.
