Sandra Lafazan, of Woodbury, is a psychotherapist with Anthony DiPrima & Associates in Amityville and a job developer with the Jewish Child Care Association, Compass Project.

Jay B. Goldberg has been elected assistant treasurer of the Parrish Art Museum, which will open to the public in a new location in Water Mill in November. The Jericho resident is a trustee of the museum and is partner-in-charge of the high-net-worth family office group at the accounting firm Rosen Seymour Shapss Martin in Manhattan.
