 Michael Tiliakos has joined the Manhattan law firm of Duane Morris as partner. The <a href="/topics//Manhasset,_NY">Manhasset</a> resident previously was co-founder and partner at the law firm Rao Tiliakos, which had offices in Manhattan and San Francisco. 
 The law firm of Kirschenbaum &amp; Kirschenbaum in <a href="/topics//Garden_City,_NY">Garden City</a> has announced two new hires. 
 Jesse Kirschenbaum, of Weston, <a href="/topics//Connecticut_College">Conn</a>., has been hired as a summer law clerk. Jesse currently is a student at Brooklyn Law School.
