 Ron Austin joins as vice president and regional manager overseeing residential lending in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and will be based in Melville. The Woodmere resident was responsible for residential lending for the New York metropolitan area at Real Estate Mortgage Network in Manhattan. 
 Michael Quigley joins as senior vice president and director of business banking for the Manhattan and Long Island markets and will be based in Melville. The Smithtown resident was vice president and team leader for M&amp;T Bank in Melville.
