 The National Conference of CPA Practitioners' national board has installed three new members.

 David J. Rothfeld, of Massapequa, is owner of David J. Rothfeld, CPA, in Hicksville. 
 Paula A. Sheppard, of Freeport, is owner of Paula A. Sheppard, CPA, in Syosset. 
 TECHNOLOGY 
 Phil Rugile joins eGifter in Huntington as human capital strategist. The East Northport resident served as entrepreneur in residence at Accelerate Long Island in Roslyn, a role he will continue in as a consultant in addition to his new position at eGifter. EGifter is a social gift-giving service that allows you to send free and paid gift cards.

 Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage welcomes three new members to its team. 
 Carol Conigliaro joins the Northport office as a licensed associate broker. The Huntington resident held a similar position at Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty in Huntington. 
 Kendra Fairless joins the Ronkonkoma office as a licensed sales associate. The Ronkonkoma resident was a direct support and mental health representative at Long Island Developmental Disabilities Services Office in Hauppauge. 
 Michael Vescera has joined the Smithtown office as a licensed sales associate. The Hauppauge resident was a credit analyst and underwriter at Condor Capital Corp. in Hauppauge. 
 Winkler Real Estate in West Islip welcomes two new members to its team. 
 Kevin Matheson joins as a licensed sales agent. The West Islip resident is owner of Appraisal Reports, also in West Islip. 
 Kristin Stassi Barba also joins as a licensed sales agent. The West Islip resident is a newly licensed agent and earned her license through the Long Island Board of Realtors.

 Francine Atlas Bogdanoff has been promoted to superintendent of schools. The Manhattan resident has been with the organization for 20 years and previously served as assistant superintendent. 
 Loretta H. Murray has been promoted to executive director. The Brooklyn resident previously served as director for the last 20 years. 
 Andrew Berko joins as the new director of finance. The Carle Place resident was the chief financial officer for the church and parish of St. Raymond in the Bronx.
