 Kairy Marquez has been named benefits administrator at Alcott HR Group, a human resource servicing outsourcing company. Before joining the <a href="/topics/Farmingdale%2C_NY">Farmingdale</a> company, Marquez served as a benefits administrator at Perfumania Holdings in <a href="/topics/Bellport%2C_NY">Bellport</a>. She is a <a href="/topics/Holtsville%2C_NY">Holtsville</a> resident. 
 ARCHITECTURE 
 Steven C. Hearl of <a href="/topics/Greenlawn%2C_NY">Greenlawn</a> has been promoted to vice president at H2M Architects + Engineers in <a href="/topics/Melville%2C_NY">Melville</a>. He was promoted from associate, and department manager and has been with H2M's wastewater division for nearly 30 years.
