 Christine Smith of <a href="/topics/West_Islip%2C_NY">West Islip</a> has been promoted to director of human resources at Our Lady of Consolation Nursing &amp; Rehabilitative Care Center in <a href="/topics/West_Islip%2C_NY">West Islip</a>. She has been with the facility since 2005 and was promoted from human resources manager.

 Hal Zwick has joined the <a href="/topics/East_Hampton%2C_NY">East Hampton</a> office of Town &amp; Country Real Estate as a director of commercial real estate. He held a similar post at <a href="/topics/Halstead_Property">Halstead</a>/ Devlin McNiff and lives in <a href="/topics/East_Hampton%2C_NY">East Hampton</a>. Zwick will serve Town &amp; Country Real Estate's eight offices.
