Elizabeth Melillo of Northport has been named chief financial officer at Garden City-based National Association of Professional Women. Before joining NAPW, she was the budget and expense controller at Pay-O-Matic Corp. in Syosset.

Zimmerman/Edelson, headquartered in Great Neck, announced personnel changes. Maria Coscia of Bayside has been promoted to senior manager, media and production. She previously served as production traffic manager. East Islip resident Mike Fales was promoted from senior art director to director of graphic arts. Sandy Choi was promoted to account executive from associate account executive. She lives in SearingtownPeter Guaraldi has joined the company as an assistant account executive. The Glen Cove resident was a student assistant at Hofstra University's athletic communications department.

Charles Dolce has joined Paetec Holding Corp. in Melville as a senior account executive. He lives in Stony Brook and most recently served as business development manager at Scicom Data Service.
