Brian S. Stolar has rejoined the Garden City office of Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein as of counsel. The Old Bethpage resident previously worked at Uniondale-based firm Sahn Ward Coschignano & Baker as a partner in their zoning and land use planning practice.

Jeanne Zucker of Long Beach has joined the special-needs law firm Saundra M. Gumerove in Jericho as a parent consultant/advocate. She worked for the New York City public school system as a special-education program coordinator and mentor.
Robert H. Solomon, a bankruptcy firm and debt relief agency, has added two new staff members to its Long Beach location.
Christine Zaffarano has joined the firm as a law clerk pending admission to the New York State Bar. She is a recent graduate of St. John's Law School and is a resident of Bellmore.
