Actress Kathleen Turner lowers price of Amagansett pad

Actress Kathleen Turner has once again lowered the price on her Amagansett home.

According to the Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate website, the home is now listed for $4.495 million. That’s a half-million less than Turner was asking earlier this year. The listing agent is Rachel Thompson.

The 1903 home sits on an acre of property and overlooks a 25-acre reserve. Turner originally listed the home for $8 million in 2005, and it’s been on and off the market since then.

The home has six bedrooms, five fireplaces, two living rooms and a heated gunite pool, a pool house and a hot tub.
