Burt Young movie to be filmed at Bellmore house

Long Island filmmaker Fred Carpenter will be shooting a scene May 8 for his latest film at this North Road home in Bellmore.

The plot of "Jesse" revolves around a fictitious character, Jessica Weinstein, a Nassau County detective and her investigation into her brother’s death. Actor Burt Young, a Port Washington resident who is most well known for his role as Paulie in "Rocky," will be appearing in in the movie.

This is Carpenter’s 13th film. His movies can be viewed free of charge at his website idriveinmovie.com.
