This 6,314-square-foot Garden City Colonial-style manse includes an indoor swimming pool with a retractable roof — the only one of its kind in the village, its listing agent says. The asking price is $2.799 million.

“The panels in the middle all retract so you can have an open ceiling all surrounded by Andersen French doors,” says listing agent Joseph Scavo of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

The pool includes a built-in spa and is serviced by an adjacent full bath and laundry room. The space also has radiant heat, which is found throughout the entire seven-bedroom, 5.5-bath residence.

Built in 2003, the brick house on a 100-by-250-foot parcel has 10-foot ceilings, extensive millwork and a surround-sound system throughout. A formal dining room includes a fireplace, while the pillar-lined custom eat-in kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances. A first-floor media room has built-in mahogany trim, pocket doors and a limestone-cast fireplace.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite boasts a walk-in closet with built-ins, a limestone fireplace and doors to a terrace overlooking the pool. An en-suite bath includes a soaking Jacuzzi tub and a bidet, Scavo says. The second floor also includes five en-suite bedrooms, a laundry room and access to an unfinished walk-up attic.

In the finished lower level, there is a home theater with built-in cabinetry, marble countertops and a minibar. The space also includes a home gym, a den, a bedroom and full bath.

The home is equipped with central air conditioning and 14-zone heat. Outside, a back patio is equipped with an outdoor kitchen. The property has a two-car attached garage and in-ground sprinklers.
