It may almost be summer, but one Manorville house for sale makes colder weather almost look appealing.

The Victorian, listed for $434,900, has a colorful and imaginatively decorated fireplace in the family room. Homeowner Klara Berkovits, who studied interior design, says her husband, Henry Grozinger, helped with making over the once “very plain, white” fireplace by adding sconces, the mantle, columns and tiles. Berkovits painted it all.

Diane Larson of Coldwell Banker Premier Homes, who is listing the property with Sharon Wachter, says the rest of the four-bedroom, 2½-bath home is decorated in “fun, bold colors.”

There’s also an in-ground pool and wraparound porch.
