Sandra Bullock's sister is speaking out about her Easter whereabouts in response to tabloid reports that the Oscar winner spent the holiday with her in Vermont, away from her troubled marriage to Jesse James, People magazine reports.

On her blog, "Confessions of a (Closet) Master Baker," Gesine Bullock-Prado, who runs a bakery in Vermont, writes that it would have been impossible for Bullock to spend Easter with her, since she celebrated the holiday and her wedding anniversary with husband Ray "with poached eggs and crepes at Yolk on South Michigan Avenue" in Chicago.

"But wait," she adds, "apparently I'm able to time travel," given the tales that "reported that my husband of eleven years and I took my sister to some inn . . . for Easter dinner."

Bullock-Prado, who usually writes about food in her blog, said she is addressing the rumors because she is "deadly serious about my family, their privacy and even the most benign fictions printed about them."

And to avoid any further confusion, Bullock-Prado produces physical evidence: her airline tickets.

"So to set the record completely straight, if the post on Easter about gorging my way through Chicago doesn't convince you to my whereabouts and only my whereabouts, then let my reservations on the lovely United Airlines be a true and honest testament to what I ate for Easter dinner and with whom, and it wasn't with my lovely family at some nameless Vermont inn I've never set eyes upon," she writes.

"That night I ate alone and I ate airline food. And who . . . would lie about that?"
