Jada Pinkett Smith joins 'Magic Mike' sequel
Actress-producerJada Pinkett Smith has joined the cast of "Magic Mike XXL," next year's sequel to the male-stripper hit "Magic Mike." Pinkett Smith, 43, who plays underworld boss Fish Mooney on the new Fox series "Gotham," confirmed her casting on Queen Latifah's talk show Monday. Producer-star Channing Tatum and director Gregory Jacobs and Warner Bros. "really took a chance," Pinkett told Latifah. "It was a character written for a male that they wanted to turn into a female. . . . I can't really reveal it yet but I'm excited about it."
