After an April Las Vegas practice wedding (no marriage license) with an Elvis impersonator officiating, followed by a small ceremony (with license) in Santa Barbara, California, last week, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker said "I do" for the third time Sunday at a lavish celebration in the jet set playground of Portofino, a fishing village known for its multicolored houses and crystalline green water on the Italian Riviera coast.

The reality-TV star, 43, and the Blink-182 drummer, 46, exchanged wedding vows along with the Kardashian-Jenner clan and friends at the seaside village's 16th-century Castello Brown. The bride and groom both wore Dolce & Gabbana: Kardashian in a white minidress with long veil and Barker in a black double-breasted suit. Notably absent was Eastport-born Scott Disick, the father of Kourtney's three children. Barker's ex-wife, Miss USA 1995 and Playboy Playmate Shanna Moakler, also did not attend.

The new couple's blended family includes Kardashian's three children with Disick: sons Mason, 12, and Reign, 6, and daughter Penelope, 9; Barker shares son Landon, 18, and daughter Alabama, 16, with Moakler, as well as stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya (Moakler's daughter with boxing champion Oscar De La Hoya).
