Dick Clark died today at the age of 82, according to his spokesman Paul Shefrin.
The TV's hosts death was due to a "massive heart attack," according to TMZ.
The "Rockin' New Year's Eve" host had been in a Los Angeles hospital after undergoing an outpatient procedure and suffered a heart attack, TMZ reported.
