Three of America’s most popular comedians, Jon Stewart, John Mulaney and Pete Davidson, will join forces for a show at Elmont’s UBS Arena on Oct. 15.
Presales will begin Thursday at 10 a.m. and the general on-sale starts Friday at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster.com.
The newly announced UBS Show, dubbed "Jon, John & Pete," follows the trio’s appearance at Newark’s Prudential Center in June. The three performers have been in each other’s orbits for some time. Mulaney first gained fame as a writer and host of NBC’s “Saturday Night Live," where he overlapped with cast member Davidson. Stewart recently interviewed Mulaney on “The Daily Show" and has been seen at Knicks games sitting with Davidson.
Mulaney is currently on a solo tour, titled “Mister Whatever," that will continue through at least January, while Davidson has a handful of dates scheduled in Europe, according to Ticketmaster. Stewart has only one upcoming show listed at Ticketmaster, in Portland, Maine, in November.
The UBS show will be a “phone-free experience," according to the venue. All phones, smartwatches and other such accessories will be secured in individual pouches that will remain in patrons’ possession in the main performance space and will be accessible only in designated areas. Violators of the phone-free policy “will be escorted from the venue," the arena warned.
