HOT SONG
Jamie Foxx gets help from Justin Timberlake and T.I. on his new single "Winner" (J), which plays out like a slowed-down "4 Minutes to Save the World" combined with an NBA playoffs commercial and remixed by Dr. Dre circa "The Chronic." Luckily, "Winner," set for Foxx's upcoming summer album, was picked as the theme for the NBA Finals on TNT, or the chorus of "I feel like I can't miss . . . so just pass me the ball" would have gone without a marketing hook.
