Yes, our series, The 100 Songs Every Long Islander Should Know, started Tuesday in our ExploreLI section and online with songs No. 100 to No. 91.
You can vote for your favorites online and tell us what songs are your favorites and let us know what songs we may have missed by leaving a comment.
Currently, The Good Rats’ “New York Survivor” is edging out Straylight Run’s “Your Name Here" (Sunrise Highway) as the readers’ favorite. Fountains of Wayne's "Fire Island" is currently bringing up the rear.
