You gotta hand it to Beyonce. She doesn't give up.
Though her "4" album hasn't worked the way her projects normally do and the first three singles haven't managed to crack the Top 10, B continues to pull out all the stops, even announcing her pregnancy on the MTV Video Music Awards.
The new video for "Countdown" that she debuted last night on her website is as visually ambitious as the track sounds, filled with all sorts of artistic references and flashy effects. "Countdown" is one of the best songs on "4" and B clearly wants to give it a good shot at breaking through. Maybe the fourth time is the charm.
