Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City
There's so little light in this game that you might as well play it blindfolded. You walk aimlessly into walls or get stuck behind desks you don't even know are there, because large portions of the game are pitch-black buildings. The list of game play travesties is long -- from a meaningless upgrade system to enemies that withstand 10-15 rounds to the head before dying to an online experience that lessens the pain only briefly.
