Check out this video of Neil Cavuto and a congresswoman from Texas -- Eddie Bernice Barker -- as they argue violently over the budget. In a sense -- if you can cut through the cross-talk -- it's a fairly clear-cut if crude delineation of the lines dividing Congress.
