Oprah Winfrey appeared on "CBS this Morning" to express regrets about the launch of OWN, and some optimism about the future. And -- this being Oprah -- her glass was definitely on the half-full side as opposed to the half-empty one.
Yes, she told Charlie (Rose) and Gayle (King) that if she knew then what she knows now . . . she would have done something else, rather than start a network.
