Schwarzenegger to become cartoon superhero

 Bet that headline got your attention! The best part of it: It's true. I think. Arnold Schwarzenegger just gaver a sensational scoop to EW - he plans on becoming an animated superhero in a new Stan Lee comic book/TV series, and will be known as the Governator.

   (Come on! Why would I make this up? Don't you think I have better things to do?)

 "When I ran for governor back in 2003 and I started hearing people talking about ‘the Governator,’ I thought the word was so cool,” Schwarzenegger, 63, told the mag - which insists this is his very first interview since leaving office. “The word Governator combined two worlds: the world of politics and the movie world. And [this cartoon] brings everything together. It combines the governor, the Terminator, the bodybuilding world, the True Lies…”

  (Seriously - I did not make any of this up. It's all true. Or at least I think it's all true. EW says it's all true. It must be true...)

  Stan Lee - Mr. Spider-man and creator of a few dozen other epochal figures from the comic universe - says:

“We’re using all the personal elements of Arnold’s life. We’re using his wife [Maria Shriver]. We’re using his kids. We’re using the fact that he used to be governor. Only after he leaves the governor’s office, Arnold decides to become a crime fighter and builds a secret high-tech crime-fighting center under his house in Brentwood.”
