'Sharkzilla Takes New York' viewing party to be held in Montauk

Take a bite out of this: A viewing party for the Discovery channel's "Sharkzilla Takes New York" will be held Friday at 8 p.m. at Montauk's Gin Beach Cafe, 467 East Lake Dr. inside the Montauk Anglers Club & Marina.
The party will celebrate Montauk shark expert Craig O'Connell and marine biologist Julia Crews as their team investigates mysterious goings-on in Long Island waters.
"Sharkzilla Takes New York," part of Discovery's "Shark Week," airs Friday at 9 p.m.
Newsday's Verne Gay described "Sharkzilla" as a rip-roaring hour full of charging makos, lots of teeth, and the occasional near miss."
