With the Tony Awards being awarded Sunday night, we thought this would be a good excuse to look at five of TV's most memorable Tonys (of the nonstatuette variety):

1. TONY SOPRANO James Gandolfini, right, as the indelible family man-mobster on "The Sopranos."

2. MAJOR TONY NELSON Larry Hagman's astronaut, master (and future husband) of bottled-up Barbara Eden on "I Dream of Jeannie."

3. TONY THE TIGER The grrreat spokesanimal for Kellogg's Frosted Flakes.

4. TONY BANTA Hard-luck boxer and part-time driver on "Taxi," played by Tony Danza.

5. TONY MICELLI Single dad and full-time domestic on "Who's the Boss?" played by Tony Danza. (And we'd be remiss if we didn't note that Danza also played Tony DiMeo on "The Tony Danza Show" and Hoboken police Det. Tony Canetti on "Hudson Street.")
