3 Simple Father's Day burgers

4 slices bacon, cut across in half
24 ounces lean ground beef
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 ounces thinly sliced Cheddar cheese
6 tablespoons barbecue sauce
4 onions rolls, split

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne (to taste)
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
4 slices (rings) pineapple, canned or fresh
4 hamburger rolls, split
4 tablespoons light mayonnaise
4 small lettuce leaves
