Hilaria Baldwin to teach yoga for new moms on Long Island

Alec Baldwin's wife, Hilaria, will lead a mini yoga lesson for new moms this weekend on Long Island.
The free "Getting Ready for Summer" class and mom-to-mom Q & A session will be held on Sunday at BookHampton (41 Main St., East Hampton) at 11 a.m.
The NYC-based yoga instructor, 29, and the "30 Rock" star are parents to 9-month-old Carmen Gabriela. Baldwin is also the star of "@ Home with Hilaria Baldwin: Fit Mommy-to-Be Yoga Workout" (Acorn Media, $16.99), a DVD featuring simple and effective workouts for all trimesters.
