Elaina Braverman, a 16-year-old from Levittown, will be walking the runway during Manhattan’s Fashion Week, which begins on Sept. 7.
Braverman will model casual wear for Red Umbrella at 3 p.m. Sept. 8 at the Roosevelt Hotel. She is scheduled to walk for Letiel Bondinant in a kids fashion show at noon Sept. 9 at the Michaelangelo Hotel, modeling the designer’s crowns and accessories. Her third stint is with children’s couture designer Triple Stitch Diva at 6 p.m. Sept. 10 at The Watson Hotel.
“I love it because it is fun being on stage and having my friends and family cheer me on,” says Braverman, a junior at Division Avenue High School. “And I get to wear beautiful clothes.”
