Sometimes after school I go to my parents' deli/grocery store to help my mom and dad in the storage room.

I work with my mom, helping her count the change and making sure the money is real, not fake. When I’m done, I help my dad in the back of the store by putting drinks in the freezer and organizing food in stacks and rows.

I also put prices on the drinks and the snacks. After that, I check to see if my mom or dad need more help and look for any customers who need help finding anything.

If nobody needs my help, it's time for me to go home.
