'Dancing' stars take to Zipz

 Dancing with the Stars celebs Florence Henderson, Bristol Palin and Kyle Massey have taken them for a test drive, and they like them just fine: the ZIPZ  line of shoes with interchangeable tops and soles.

The shoes are truly something new, says company founder and CEO John Stefani. "The revolution of truly being able to create the wearable look you want in your shoes each day is something only Zipz shoes can offer consumers," he says.

Here's how the shoes work: a patented zipper design allows consumers to zip on and zip off different tops and bottoms to create the shoe they want to wear. The shoes are currently sold in the U.S. and in over 45 countries around the world.  Currently, they are available at Lester's in Greenvale and Huntington.

The Cali Classic launch line has a price range of $15 - $80. The secondary line Back Alley is due out in spring 2011.
