Everybody loves Rachel

Love was in the air, and breakfast on the table, at Rachel Roy’s snazzy 9 a.m. show, where Veronica Webb, looking fresh as a daisy, furiously photographed the presentation noting favorite looks (a glowing sequin trenchcoat among them).

“It’s been a rough week,” said Webb, who spent the night before at Yankee Stadium at the Jay-Z-Eminem concert. “I was with Beyonce and I didn’t get home until 3:30 (as in a.m.).” So why turn out so early in the morning? “Oh, I love Rachel.”

Russell Simmons, who hovered on the sidelines pointed out a few choice looks for a lady friend. “That is you,” he told her. As for his take on the collection, Simmons said only, “I love
Rachel.”
