Tocca takes a tip from dancers

Degas knew a thing or two about dancers -- the long lines, the effortless grace -- and Tocca taps into that same muse for spring. Creative director Emma Fletcher dreamed up a wardrobe fit for a ballerina
In the mix: easy, featherweight pleated dresses (floaty and graceful), breezy jackets (pleats under the arm add to the flow) and sparkly leotards (for a little flash under sheer gathered gowns).
And then there are the … ummm…well, bloomers -- maybe that’s what got us thinking Degas. That look in particular is retro, puffy and only for the brave of heart. (And lean of bum.)
