I have been twirling baton for three years. Baton is a sport that helps your wrist, heart, muscles and bones. You get to do a lot of things in baton, like meeting new people, learning routines and having fun. I take baton at Hauppauge Middle School. I love the dancing and twirling. Every year we have a rating day, when we do a dance with the baton and the judges rate our performance. We also have a recital in June. We dance and twirl and get dressed in costumes. If you think this is hard, don't worry -- the coaches teach you everything you need to know. As you get older, you learn more complicated routines. I hope you like twirling as much as I do.

Diving right in to test goggles

With summer almost here, you need to make sure you have the best swimming goggles. We tested three brands of goggles to help you make the decision that's right for you.

The goggles we liked the best were Speedos because they didn't leak, didn't fog up and didn't leave marks on our faces. They also stayed in place when we dove into the pool and through a lot of movement. The Speedos were easy to adjust for a comfortable but snug fit. The only negative thing about Speedos is they don't look as nice as some of the other goggles.

Aqua Sphere didn't fog up easily, it fit well and was very easy to adjust. The Aqua Sphere goggles stayed on pretty well, and they didn't leave marks on our skin. We thought they looked nice; the only problem was they leaked a little.

TYR goggles looked the best, but they leaked and fogged up a little while we were swimming. They also left small marks around our eyes and they were the hardest ones to adjust. They did stay in place perfectly when we practiced diving into the pool, though.

Here a pig, there a pig

I collect pigs. I've been collecting them since I was little. Well, I wouldn't say collect; it's just that I have a lot of pig-related things -- stuffed animals, figures and things like that.

Pigs are my favorite animals. Why do I like pigs? Well, there's a story behind it. When I was a kid, my mom would always read me the books "If You Give a Pig a Pancake" and "If You Give a Pig a Party" by Laura Numeroff. I loved the books so much, my mom got me the ''real pig'' from the books for my first day of preschool. I instantly fell in love with pigs and have loved them ever since.

Now I have a collection of about 20 pigs. But as time passes, I will end up having way more than I do now.
