Claudio's opening Saylor Beach House pop-up in Greenport this season

Get your Memorial Day whites ready: Claudio’s Marina in Greenport reopens for the 2026 season with the return of its main property, Claudio’s Waterfront, this weekend. Also new this year is the revival of Claudio’s Tavern and Grill — now called Claudio’s Restaurant — alongside a Saylor Beach House pop-up.

"We’re reimagining Claudio's with each season,"  said Celeste Fierro, managing partner of Claudio’s. 

Guests looking for last year's pop-ups, Charlie Boy and Common Country East, may be disappointed, as neither are returning. Here's what you can expect instead.

Saylor Beach House

Opens Memorial Day weekend 

Saylor Beach House is a new Mediterranean-inspired waterside eatery opening in the space where Crabby Jerry’s (Common Country East last season) used to be. Taking a page from breezy, bustling European beach clubs, Saylor will not only feature seaside fare, but golden-hour cocktails to take in sunset on the dock.

Claudio's Waterfront 

Opens Friday

The historic property, which dates back to 1870, will officially reopen Claudio’s Waterfront for lunch Friday at 11 a.m. Known for its waterfront dining and seafood-heavy menu — accompanied by over-the-top cocktails like last season's $110 Bloody Mary — the main restaurant will be open on weekends and expand to full-week hours as the season progresses.

Opens May 1

Claudio’s Restaurant will revive the former Claudio’s Tavern & Grill on Main Street. The space has been refreshed and will serve coastal faves and tavern staples, like burgers, salads, brunch items, and, of course, cocktails.

The restaurant will be open Fridays through Sundays until Memorial Day, when it will then also be open Thursdays.  In keeping with tradition, pizza will also be offered on-site. This year, it’s from Peter’s Pizzeria, a South Florida shop known for its New York-style pies.

Menus for each restaurant will be announced soon.
