‘Bubbles & Beats’ at Aura

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and many businesses throughout Long Island will hold fundraisers or special events.
One will be taking place this weekend at Aura Light and Sound Suite in East Meadow as the dance club hosts the “Bubbles & Beats Against Breast Cancer” event on Saturday, Oct. 19.
Starting at 10:30 p.m., guests can expect some serious beats, as DJs will be on hand to spin hip-hop and house — and those in attendance can purchase pink wristbands or hair extensions, or even order bottles of pink-labeled Champagne such as Sofia Blanc ($50) and Moet Rose ($150).
