Devilish drinks for Halloween

Spirits rise for Halloween, some in cocktails. Here are four that have the apropos holiday looks to go with their subtle names. The first two were created by author Jeffrey Pogash. The third is from Mionetto Prosecco; the fourth, UV Vodka.
BLOOD RED
1 1/2 ounces Grand Marnier cherry
3/4 ounce of blood orange juice
1/2 ounce pomegranate juice
Pour ingredients into an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a fresh orange peel.
PANAMANIAN DEVIL
Chili powder
2 ounces rum
1 ounce chilled espresso
3 drops of liquid smoke
1/4 ounce simple syrup
Absinthe
Flamed orange peel
Rim a martini glass with chili powder. Shake rum, espresso, liquid smoke and syrup into glass. Spray some absinthe on top of drink. Garnish with flamed orange peel.
THREE WITCHES' SANGRIA
1 bottle Prosecco
1 fresh peach, sliced
1 fresh plum sliced
Several strawberries, sliced
1/2 lemon cut into wedges, plus extra wedges for garnish
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup brandy
Mint leaves
Dry ice, broken into small pieces
In a pitcher or bowl with ice, combine Prosecco, peach, plum, strawberries, lemon, orange juice and brandy. Pour into glasses. Garnish with mint and lemon wedges. Add small pieces of dry ice for a foggy effect.
RIGOR MORTIS
1 1/2 ounces cherry vodka
1 ounce orange juice
1 ounce pineapple juice
3/4 ounce Amaretto
Shake ingredients with ice. Serve with a cherry garnish.
