Fall Home and Landscape Show this weekend

Unfortunately you'll have to wave goodbye to summer, but you can at least look forward to getting your house in order this fall

If you're not sure where to start, visit the Fall Home and Landscape Show this weekend (4 to 10 p.m. Friday, Sept. 24; 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 25; and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 26) at Suffolk County Community College's Brentwood Campus on Crooked Hill Road.

For your daily admission of $9 (free for kids younger than 16), you'll see the latest in home decor and landscaping. Some useful things to take include a handled bag for holding brochures and giveaways, and a notebook to write down useful information. If you have them, bring dimensions of the room you're working on, a measuring tape and maybe a camera to snap quick photos.
