Long Island Live Steamers will take you for a ride

With more than 1,300 acres of land, Southaven County Park in Brookhaven has enough space for campsites, ballfields, bridle paths and picnic areas, plus rowboat rentals, canoeing and a whole lot more. Under that "whole lot more" heading is the Long Island Live Steamers, a group that operates model steam engines that the whole family can ride on "run days."
