Matt Serra needs his own talk show
Mixed martial arts is still very much a niche sport for fans and an underground sport for practitioners here in New York. Part of that stems from the sport being illegal in New York still, and part of it from the established history of other more common recreational sports.
But East Meadow's Matt Serra, a former UFC welterweight champion and the only man in the world to knock out Georges St-Pierre, is just about the best ambassador of the sport you can ask for.
And here is Mr. Serra playing host in this video tour of his new Serra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy in Huntington. Enjoy.
