Forget selling seashells by the seashore. If you want a tongue-twister, try seeing sunsets at Singleton's Seafood Shack.

Wordplays aside, the view from Singleton's Seafood Shack at Tobay Beach, and its new summer sister Salsa Shack, is stunning.

On weekends, it may get a little too hectic to truly enjoy, so try a weeknight. The food is good, too. And non-Tobay residents can now park there starting at 11 a.m. instead of 4 p.m. as in past years.

And whatever you do, do NOT get stuck in the "De Niro Seat." You know the one. It's the seat that puts your back to the action and makes you turn around and strain your face to see what's happening, just like Robert De Niro. You'll miss one of the most spectacular sunsets on Long Island.
