Making trips into Manhattan and Brooklyn to enjoy the city’s cutting edge nightlife has always been a regular move by Long Islanders – as while there’s plenty to do in Nassau and Suffolk, NYC remains one of the world’s main destinations for both fabulous and offbeat parties. However, once the summer rolls around, a healthy portion of the New York City DJs, hosts, performers, staffers and other club scene stars will also throw special gatherings in the Hamptons – making taking in these unique affairs as easy as driving east on Route 27.
