It seems that we’ll never stop blogging about 399 Jericho Tpke. Five months since Palio gave up the fight, word reaches us that the next tenant will be Philippe Chow, the swanky Chinese-Asian restaurant with branches in East Hampton, Manhattan, Miami, Mexico City and West Hollywood.

Chow  owns the restaurants, but the Jericho location is also backed by Jerome “The Bus” Bettis (Former Pittsburgh Steelers Superbowl Champion and NBC personality) and Chauncey Billups (Denver Nuggets).

Peter Gianotti gave two stars to Philippe East Hampton, extolling its Shanghai-style soup dumplings, lettuce wraps with minced chicken or vegetables, red king crab legs and red velvet cake.

Philippe East Hampton is at 44 Three Mile Harbor Rd., East Hampton; 631-907-0250.
