Blink and it’s here: Long Island Restaurant Week returns with a fall edition Nov. 2 through 9, offering several prix-fixe options. Just shy of 20 new restaurants are participating this session.

More than 190 eateries have signed up to offer $29-$46 three-course dinner menus (some also offer a $24 two-course lunch).

First-timers include: The Grill on South Ocean in Patchogue, La Plage Bistro in Bellport, Fresno Restaurant (East Hampton), Black Pearl Seafood Chophouse (Port Jefferson), Rockefellers Kitchen & Cocktails (Lake Grove), Kurofune Japanese Restaurant (Commack), Bar Lucy (Bay Shore), La Bella Cucina (Bellmore), Caffe Amici (Selden), both ITA Kitchen outposts in Patchogue and Garden City, Cafe Buenos Aires (Huntington), Jade Eatery & Lounge (Port Washington) and Tang Yun Noodle House (Centereach).

Additionally, the five Burgerology franchises on the Island — in Farmingdale, Massapequa, Rockville Centre, Huntington and Stony Brook — will be participating.

Fresno in East Hampton, for example, will feature a three-course prix-fixe option for $46, including appetizer selections like salmon tartare, duck paella with saffron risotto, shrimp and mussels, and a Balsam Farms kale salad with butternut squash, cranberries, almonds, pecorino and green goddess dressing. Rigatoni with beef, veal and pork ragu; vegan roasted cauliflower; pan-seared Scottish salmon in mango-coconut sauce and grilled pork tenderloin serve as entree options. Finish with warm local apple bread pudding with caramel sauce.

As a rule, Restaurant Week menus are offered each night of the promotion week, although the deal may only be offered until 7 p.m. on Saturday. Reservations are recommended. For a full list of participants and to view more menus, visit longislandrestaurantweek.com.
